Ms. Adarsh Sharma is PGT – Computer Science teacher since last 22 years. She is of the firm belief that “A dedicated and passionate educator who believes all students can enjoy and excel at studies if given the chance”.
She has a rich experience in the field of computer education and passionate about innovative means of imparting education, her teaching has helped hundreds students achieve success in their careers. Many of her students are placed at google, Facebook and many other prestigious organizations. Her students have won accolades at various national level competitions. She has contributed towards various CBSE programmes as an Observer, Head examiner, an evaluator and a deputy superintendent. She is an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher who is technically certified in several operating system platforms, apt at developing interactive lesson plans and helping students with specialized projects. Specializes in getting students to understand the practical side of computers and teaching students with passion.

✭Action Research - Enhancing Techno-pedagogic classroom environment using ICT. This project was a research aimed at the use of optimum use of ICT resources available with the school to the best of its ability, which resulted in positive outcome.
✭Financial Research – Pipeline Project undertaken by GAIL
✭Developing the technology plan at New Era Sr. Sec. School
✭Was involved in the ICT integration at New Era Sr. Sec. School, where school bagged FIRST prize at National level. The project was compiled and presented to INTEl.
✭(PROJECT LEADER) Human Resource Management in ORACLE. The software was developed to help Grindwell & Norton P LTD. Computerize its entire HRD process. It was basically aimed at conducting on-line interview maintaining the entire employee profile.
✭(PROJECT LEADER) Human Resource Management in windows based C++. The project was an enhancement of the research done in the above developed project where the entire software was re-designed using object oriented programming concept and detailed system analysis was done. Grindwell & Norton used this software.
✭(PROGRAMMER) Inventory Control System was developed for Jeevan products. The software took care of the entire inventory of the company.
